Nothing is predictable. Real people work and live here. When you need to graduate from a closed environment, and set your technology free to learn in the wild, bring it here. Test, demo and deploy in our ecosystem.
SPACE TO INNOVATE
Our 25,000 square foot innovation center and test track are located in a 500 acre technology park where 7500 people work and 1000 live. The City owns 100% of the road, sidewalk and right-of-way and is open to smart city and mobility testing on land and in the air.
