PEACHTREE CORNERS, Ga. – Aug. 6, 2025 – Curiosity Lab at Peachtree Corners – a 5G enabled living laboratory for startups and companies to deploy developing technologies, located within one of the nation’s first smart cities – today announced their collaboration with Parsons Corporation (NYSE: PSN), a leading technology provider in the national security and global infrastructure markets, to deploy its latest iNET® Smart Mobility Platform. The industry-leading solution will enable the city to easily visualize, understand, and act on information gathered from existing roadway technology, optimizing transportation operations in the City of Peachtree Corners.

This joint effort will showcase how cities can integrate legacy systems with innovative products for seamless management and operations. Parsons’ iNET® will enhance signal timing, enable swift resolution of signal issues, and streamline traffic incident management with modules including smart parking, computer-aided emergency dispatch, and traffic control management. By leveraging the benefits of artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning (ML) through existing infrastructure technology, Curiosity Lab and Peachtree Corners will better manage critical operations to improve the daily lives of residents and visitors.

“Our collaboration with Parsons will give us real-time insights and advanced device management that will transform our response to both predictive and preventative maintenance,” said Peachtree Corners City Manager Brian Johnson. “From improving emergency response time to synchronizing traffic lights, iNET® helps make roadways safer and commutes faster. Implementing iNET® allows us to showcase how cities can effortlessly improve the livability of their city.”

“Parsons’ iNET® is built on a mission to improve the management, efficiency, and safety of transportation networks,” said Daniel Lukasik, vice president of the Intelligent Infrastructure division for Parsons. “Not only are we able to gather impactful data relevant to the daily experience of travelers, but we deploy it in meaningful ways to help the city move smarter. Together with Curiosity Lab and Peachtree Corners, we’re proud to modernize the transportation experience and continue to be a pioneer in infrastructure improvement.”

Scalable for environments ranging from small-town roads to large regions, Parsons’ iNET® technology is a modular and platform-agnostic system that can be deployed in the cloud or on-premises, providing maximum flexibility and low total cost of ownership. It effectively utilizes data from multiple sources to create a single pane of glass for the ITS applications dashboard, helping operators quickly identify issues and rectify problems in real time. Additionally, iNET® offers integrations for connected vehicles (CV), autonomous vehicles (AV), AI and more, allowing it to evolve alongside emerging transportation technologies.
